James Hardie is seeking a dedicated production helper to assist the extrusion operator in a large, 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will support quality checks, packaging, labeling, and housekeeping while learning equipment and safety procedures.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience, and basic math and computer skills; you must read, write, and understand English and be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
Pay Range: $18 per hour
Responsible for properly performing activities relative to assisting the extrusion operator in efficiently operating the extrusion equipment and producing quality products within a large, 24/7 manufacturing environment. Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: Minimum of 1 year
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills
Other Requirements: Ability to read, write, and understand the English language. Basic mathematical proficiency in the addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers and fractions. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, reading gauges and similar measuring devices.
