Job summary

Reason Brand Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Designer to support product development and production for our streetwear and contemporary fashion line.

You will collaborate with our design team and factory partners to manage samples, provide fit and construction feedback, and ensure styles meet our creative and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with strong production experience, technical design expertise, and a deep understanding of the streetwear

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion production or technical design.
• Background in menswear or streetwear (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design to review samples and send comments to factories.
• Manage and update WIP reports for all active styles.
• Maintain the T&A calendar to track production timelines.
• Handle licensed product approvals and follow up on revisions.
• Coordinate and order salesperson samples.
• Support price negotiations and factory communication.
• Ensure all styles meet technical standards and production quality.
