Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker in New Jersey to assemble reconditioned products using established procedures, while following safety protocols and upholding our quality standards.

Working on a fast-paced production line, you will maintain clean work areas, monitor safety and quality, inform leads when stepping off line, and contribute to continuous improvement. We offer comprehensive benefits and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and complete safety training.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards on assignments within required time.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Follow safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line.
• Report all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
