Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Production Worker to assemble reconditioned products under the direction of the shift supervisor, following established procedures, safety rules, and quality standards.

You will meet production standards, keep work areas clean, follow safety instructions, and communicate with leads if you step off the line. The role is on-site in New Jersey with a starting hourly rate of $16.50, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards on assigned tasks within required time.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas in the assigned space.
• Follow safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line.
• Report all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
