Job summary

JuggerBot 3D in Youngstown, OH, is seeking a Production Assembly Technician to assemble, install, troubleshoot, and service advanced automation equipment. You will work hands-on with electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include wiring panels, routing and testing cables, and supporting startups and commissioning at customer sites. Some travel (~30%+) is required. A technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent manufacturing/electro‑mechanical experience.
• Experience with electrical wiring, machine assembly, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of robotics, servo systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, or CNC controls preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Forklift or electrical certifications are a plus.
• Ability to travel 30%+.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire custom automation equipment from drawings and instructions.
• Install and wire electrical panels, motors, sensors, pneumatic devices, and other components.
• Route, terminate, and test electrical wiring to standards.
• Install and connect pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Support machine startup, debugging, testing, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement design improvements and continuous process enhancements.
• Maintain production, maintenance, and service documentation.
• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and onsite troubleshooting of additive manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete onsite repairs.
• Manage service inventory and maintain parts and supplies.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality standards.
