Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to own safety, quality, and throughput from start to finish. You will lead a capable team on 12-hour shifts, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement across the line.

You’ll schedule work to meet line speeds, produce detailed production reports, manage parts inventory, and champion Lean Six Sigma initiatives (5S, TPM, SMED, 8D). A strong cross-functional leader with hands-on mechanical/electrical aptitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and throughput on the production floor.

• Deliver accurate reporting on production metrics and manage parts inventory.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and embed 5S, TPM, SMED, and 8D.
• Coordinate maintenance and equipment upgrades.
