Job summary

Jtec Industries, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead the direct and indirect operations of the assigned area and coordinate processes to meet delivery requirements. This role reports to the Production Manager and supports multiple teams across the plant.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production manufacturing (metal fabrication preferred) and supervisory experience. Proficiency in Windows/Office and ERP systems is required to drive production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production manufacturing experience, preferably in metal fabrication.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP experience.

• Lead and manage the direct and indirect operations of the assigned functional area.
• Plan and coordinate processes and key resources to meet delivery requirements.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity initiatives in the assembly environment.

• This position pays between $21.00 - $24.72/hour dependent on experience.

  • Have at least 5 years production manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal fabrication industry
  • Supervisory experience is preferred, but not required

  • Previous ERP experience
