Job summary

MacLean Power Systems in Bessemer, AL, is hiring Production Assembly for 2nd shift (Sun–Wed 7:00pm–5:30am; Thu 9:00am–5:30pm) starting at $18/hour. You will assemble components, read blueprints, and help keep production on track with a team in a warehouse environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs, overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and jump in where needed.

Responsibilities
