MacLean Power Systems is seeking a hands-on Material Handler II in Bessemer, AL. The role supports production by operating forklifts, staging materials for shipping, and maintaining organized warehouses to ensure smooth end-to-end flow.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in warehousing, a valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. This is a fast-paced, active role that contributes to on-time deliveries and safe operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment like a pro
• Pulling, staging, and prepping materials for production and shipping
• Keeping everything labeled, organized, and right where it belongs
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Tracking inventory and spotting anything that doesn’t look right
• Loading and unloading trucks to keep things moving
• Supporting deliveries and keeping schedules on track

What You Bring To The Team
