Bonelli Windows and Doors in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Production Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. You’ll assemble door units, frames, hardware, and related components according to work orders and specs, using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.

This full-time, in-person role offers overtime opportunities, a starting wage of $17.65 per hour, and benefits including 401(k), health, dental, and paid time off. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble door units, frames, hardware, and related components according to work orders and specifications.
• Install hinges, locks, handles, weather stripping, glass inserts, and other door accessories.
• Measure and verify materials to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.
• Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and assembly instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and housekeeping standards.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Production Assembly Operator – Join Our Team!

We’re looking for motivated, dependable team players to join our production team! As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in manufacturing high-quality windows and doors (fenestration products) in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your daily tasks may vary, keeping your role dynamic and engaging based on business needs.

Starting pay rate: $17.65.

Hours: 5am - 3pm.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble door units, frames, hardware, and related components according to work orders and specifications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally (waist level) and 30 lbs. at shoulder level.

• Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts).
• Frequent reaching, occasional bending, kneeling, or squatting.
• Comfortable working in a moderate to loud environment with seasonal temperature changes.
