Qualifications

• Experience as an assembly operator in a production department within the automotive industry.

• Experience with automated production equipment including KANBAN and TPM.

Responsibilities

• Place parts in specified relationships to each other.
• Perform general assembly (production operations) according to station‑specific work instructions.
• Clip, screw, or otherwise fasten parts together.
• Work at different stations to acquire full knowledge of the process.
• Assemble parts using basic hand tools such as screw guns.
• Follow Brose Quality Policy and comply with Brose safety processes and procedures.
• Consider all valid procedures, job instructions, and organizational instructions.
• Adhere to safety regulations and implement necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within your responsibility scope.
• Escalate safety, quality, machine, and assembly issues to team leader or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience as an assembly operator in a production department of a series production company in the automotive industry.
• Meet physical requirements: able to stand and/or walk for extended periods, lift 15–20 pounds, work in a continuous noise‑producing environment, and withstand higher temperatures on the production floor.
• Basic ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Experience working with highly automated production equipment.
• Experience with KANBAN, SPC, TPM, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, and continuous improvement.
• Team‑work mentality.
• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental systems to all required standards, including customer‑specific requirements.
