Job summary

Ascend Staffing is hiring Production Workers in Round Rock, TX, for a stable weekday schedule with opportunities to grow. Anticipated Start Date: Monday, September 28. Compensation: $20.40 per hour. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am.

Overtime may be required, including Saturdays. Weekly Pay and benefits available. You will assemble wiring, electronic components, and related materials, read production documents, and support multiple departments across manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English-language assembly instructions, production documents, and drawings.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability with regular attendance and flexibility for overtime (including Saturdays).
• Willingness to report to the Round Rock, TX site on time.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring, electronic components, and related production materials per specifications.
• Read and interpret production documents, assembly instructions, drawings, and work orders.
• Support production operations across departments including kitting, quality control, cleaning, and testing.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

Ability to read and understand English-language assembly instructions, production documents, and drawings used to perform the essential duties of the position.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to stand and perform production duties throughout the scheduled shift with or without reasonable accommodation.

Reliable ability to report to the Round Rock, TX worksite on time for scheduled shifts.

Availability to work regular overtime, including Saturdays when required by production needs.

Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance in previous employment.

Ability to satisfy applicable pre-employment background screening and drug testing requirements, where permitted by law.

Preferred:

Previous electronic assembly, production, manufacturing, or assembly line experience.

Experience assembling wiring, electrical components, or electronic products.

Familiarity with kitting, quality control, product testing, or manufacturing documentation.
