Job description

Production Associate – Austin, TX

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour. Pay increases to $18.50 after 90 days. Converted to a permanent employee after 9 months. 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Shifts are typically 8, 10, or 12 hours. Start times can vary depending on the rotation hired for.

As a Machine Operator or Assembler, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Entry level.
• Lift (up to) 35 lbs and stack product safely.
• Good with your hands and can be "on-the-go" the full shift.
• Keep it tight, stay safe, and back up your crew.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules, procedures, and specifications for equipment operation.
• Set up automated equipment by loading components, materials, feeders, fixtures, and chemicals.
• Start up, operate, and monitor automated equipment and peripheral hardware.
• Monitor product quality, inventory levels, and shelf‑life of materials and chemicals.
• Record production and inventory data for tracking and process control.
• Perform equipment shutdown and cleaning procedures.
• Position involves standing for extended periods during the shift.
