Production Assembly position 2nd shift Shawano, WI (four 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling components and products according to established specifications and quality standards. This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The individual will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot minor issues and support continuous improvement initiatives. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent defects and ensure product reliability. Minimum Qualifications:
