Job summary

Parking Control Co. is seeking a dedicated Production Assembler I & II for full-time shifts in Brown Deer, WI. The role involves assembling and testing various products like BTS Blinker signs and blinker paddles, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior experience in a team-based environment and strong mechanical and electronic skills. The company offers competitive pay between $18 and $22 per hour based on experience, along with benefits such as paid vacation, health insurance, and a generous 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years prior relevant experience within the industry.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and able to stand for 75% of the day.
• Prior experience assembling panels, wire harnesses, and/or other electrical control.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom orders according to engineered-to-order standards and documentation.
• Program and test finished products.
• Participate in cell changeovers from part to part.

Skills

Electronics - OMS law, AC/DC, Voltage/Amps, solar controls

Mechanical ability

Communication skills – strong verbal, listening, and written

Ability to analyze and solve routine problems
