Job description

Your Impact:

  1. Set up and operate assembly equipment such as small hydraulic presses, staking, small drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders.
  2. Rotate in other work cells as instructed by Supervisor or Cell Leader.
  3. Pack finished products for shipment.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  5. Participate actively in making and implementing improvements within the cell.
  6. Perform duties according to established quality standards.

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  1. Proficient in English reading and writing; ability to read MSDS sheets and work instructions. High School Diploma/GED preferred.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in assembly or lean manufacturing environment.
  3. Manual dexterity and mechanical skills.
  4. Ability to use hand and power tools, and read measuring devices.
  5. Availability to train on A shift before moving to B shift.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to exert up to 20 lbs. of force regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Capable of bending, standing for long periods, and moving about to complete tasks.

Hours:

A Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

B Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am

Pay Range:

The hourly salary for this position is $19.50.
