Job summary

Kelli’s Gifts in Coppell, TX is seeking dependable team members to join our manufacturing/assembly team. You will follow safety-first procedures, learn assembly instructions, operate basic machinery as needed, and support multiple production lines to keep products moving with quality.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, early start, and on‑the‑job forklift training. A high school diploma or GED is required; bilingual Spanish/English preferred to help our diverse team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6a - 2:30p

• Work with the understanding that safety is Kelli’s first priority
• Understand and obey company policies, directions, and procedures.
• Recognize letters, numbers and colors.

• Ability and willingness to work and cross in other departments as necessary.
• Prior Assembly experience preferred.
• Perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication & division).
• Understand and follow both verbal and written assembly instructions to build necessary products.
• Work with speed and accuracy to keep the process and products moving as quickly as possible while maintaining high quality and high production while meeting safety standards.
• Perform other necessary processes and/or duties in a cooperative manner when assigned by the supervisor and/or manager.
• Learn different line jobs to be able to fill variety of positions as needed.
• Perform repetitive motion including squeezing hand, lifting, walking, standing, and/or bending throughout the work shift.
• Climb on a ladder and/or crawl under a rack to get necessary components.
• Keep the workstation cleaned and organized.
• Operate manual or auto tail machine, bow machine, glue gun, and/or balloon machine if deemed necessary.

Work Environment

• Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled building
• Standing and walking for extended periods
