Pumps and Controls, a wholesale water treatment equipment supplier based in Arlington, Texas, is seeking a skilled assembler to build and install water treatment systems. You will read drawings, cut and weld PVC, and install piping and electrical components.

Qualifications

• Experience using common hand and power tools.
• Ability to read drawings and follow working instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret assembly drawings.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Assemble water treatment systems according to drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
• Cut, prepare, and solvent weld PVC piping and fittings.
• Install piping, tubing, valves, pumps, instrumentation, and electrical components.
• Perform testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet production schedules.
