Job summary

Ace Sanitary is seeking a Production Assembler to build quality hose assemblies that meet customer needs and industry standards. This hands-on role involves assembling hoses and fittings according to company and regulatory standards.

You'll work with the team to select fittings, cut and label hoses, crimp assemblies, test results, and document outcomes while maintaining safety, housekeeping and compliance. This position offers first shift, with a quarterly bonus potential and opportunities for

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to read a tape measure to 1/16 in.
• Capable of lifting up to 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Production Assembler

Build quality hose assemblies that meet customer needs and industry standards.

The Fabricator assembles hoses and fittings according to company, customer, and regulatory agency standards. This hands-on role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with tools, takes pride in accurate work, and contributes to a safe, supportive team environment.

What you’ll do

• Select fittings based on customer orders.
• Cut hose to the required length and label it.
• Assemble and crimp hoses and fittings according to established standards.
• Test completed hose assemblies and accurately record the results.
• Work with other departments, cross-train, and provide help where needed.
• Support safety, company culture, and ethical practices.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

• Self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines.
• The ability to use hand tools and standard calipers, and to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch.
• Good manual dexterity.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical requirements

• This position requires the ability to:
• Safely navigate a manufacturing environment.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, with some bending and stooping.
• Use tools and equipment.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary range: General Production Assembler $20-22per hour + quarterly bonus (not guaranteed)
