Job summary

Euro-Wall Systems is seeking a Production Assembler I in North Port, FL. This full-time role offers hands-on training and a path to grow within the manufacturing team, building premium doors, windows, and architectural systems.

You will work Monday–Friday with overtime opportunities, gain exposure to quality standards, and contribute to efficient production flows in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Willing to learn and work in a team.
  • Prior manufacturing/assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble basic door, window, and framing components according to production specifications.
  • Assist with glass installation, glazing, frame assembly, and panel preparation.
  • Safely operate hand tools and basic production equipment.
  • Follow established quality standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Stage materials to support production workflow.
  • Inspect parts for quality and report defects to senior staff.
  • Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

As a Production Assembler I, you will:

  • Assemble basic door, window, and framing components according to production specifications.
  • Assist with glass installation, glazing, frame assembly, and panel preparation.
  • Safely operate hand tools and basic production equipment, including drills, saws, and pneumatic tools.
  • Follow established quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Stage materials and support production workflow to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Inspect parts for quality and report defects or concerns to senior assemblers or production leads.
  • Participate in cross‑training and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train motivated individuals.
Work Environment
  • Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, hand tools, and moderate noise levels.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required and provided as applicable.
  • Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements are required throughout the shift.
