Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Production Assembler in New Ulm, MN. The role involves creating high-quality electrical motor components, wiring connections, soldering, insulating, and shaping motor coils while adhering to aerospace standards and quality procedures.

The position is contract to hire with hours from 5:30am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, in a climate-controlled onsite facility. Benefits and ESOP culture are highlighted in the description.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience with soldering, wiring, or electrical components.
• Familiarity with IPC standards is a plus.
• Preferred 1+ year in manufacturing or assembly environment.

Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Assembler, where your precision and skill will be integral to creating high-quality electric motor components. You will perform wire-to-wire and wire-to-lead electrical connections, solder and insulate components, shape and lace motor coils, and ensure each product meets aerospace manufacturing tolerances. This role requires following electrical assembly standards and quality procedures, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and utilizing basic computer systems for inventory and documentation.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Ulm, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
