Job summary

Windings, Inc. in New Ulm, MN is seeking Production Assemblers to join a hands-on team building precision motor components for aerospace and other demanding industries.

You will wire-to-wire and wire-to-lead connections, solder and insulate components, shape motor coils, and follow IPC standards and quality procedures in a safe, team-based environment. A high school diploma or GED and 6+ months of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
• Comfort using hand tools and working with small components
• Basic computer and math skills
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes
• 6+ months in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Experience with soldering, wiring, or electrical components
• Familiarity with IPC standards (J-STD-001, J-STD-001ES, IPC-A-610) is a plus

We are hiring Production Assemblers for the following departments

• Inserting
• Connecting
• Stacking
• Inspection
• Machine Shop

These are hands‑on manufacturing roles focused on precision assembly, wiring, forming, and finishing of electric motor components. You will work in a structured, team‑based production environment where quality, consistency, and attention to detail matter every single day.

Salary Description:

$18 - $22 starting pay per hour DOQ

We are committed to providing pay ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The listed pay range is provided in good faith and is subject to adjustments in accordance with company policies and market conditions.

This position is eligible to participate in a performance‑based bonus program based on company performance goals. Bonus payouts are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.
