Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Machine Operator for a contract-to-hire role based in Holland, MI. You will operate production machinery across cells and assembly departments, performing standard operating tasks, packaging finished products, and moving materials as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, ensuring quality, following safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean, organized 5S3K-compliant workspace. This onsite position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
