We are seeking a Production Assembler to become a valued member of our team! The ideal candidate would be an individual who, under moderate supervision, applies standard procedures to perform a variety of component assembly tasks, ensuring products meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components according to drawings and operation sheets.
• Perform weighing, loading, and pressing operations.
• Handle tooling and fixtures; use various hand tools to produce or modify parts.
• Maintain count, track progress, and log in time/quantities.
• Close and assemble units using crimping, closure tools, and epoxy applications.
• Perform soldering tasks, including small wire soldering, terminal soldering, and bridge wire welding.
• Assist with packaging of pyrotechnic assemblies as needed.
• Follow company safety practices and quality procedures.
• Physical activity includes lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields.
• Soldering experience of at least 1 year.
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

The position primarily reports to our facility in Fairfield, NJ. Occasionally, there may be a need to report to our facility in Byram Township, NJ. Candidates must be willing to report to both locations at least 20% of the time.

Shift:

Monday - Thursday | 10-hour day shift: 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
