Job summary

Ad- VANCE Talent Solutions is seeking a Production Assembler for our Jacksonville, FL facility. The role involves assembling products, inspecting quality, and supporting daily production goals on a Monday–Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM shift.

Ideal candidates have prior manufacturing experience, can lift 25–50 lbs, and work well in a team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with health benefits offered after conversion.

Qualifications

• Previous Production Assembler or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.

• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
