Trexon, a leading Aerospace and Defense assembly manufacturer in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking experienced Solder/Wire Harness Assembly Technicians. The ideal candidate will have wire harness experience, a strong work ethic, and take pride in building assemblies that help keep America safe.

This full-time position offers a 9/80 schedule with pay ranging from $19 to $23 per hour. The role involves using various hand tools, following assembly procedures, and documenting all work.

Qualifications

• Previous wire harness experience or formal wire harness training is required.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, drawing notes, and assembly procedures.
• Strong work ethic, eye for quality, and sense of pride.
• Must know how to read and use a ruler, scale, tape measure, caliper.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Assemble products by following drawings, traveler, and work instructions.
• Follow IPC—620 and J—STD—001 guidelines.

Weekly Schedule

Full time, 9/80 schedule.

Week 1 – Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (overtime as required).

Week 2 – Monday to Thursday 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (overtime as required).

Pay

$19 to $23 per hour.

Specific Responsibilities

• Crimp, strip, and use various hand tools.
• Assemble products by following drawings, traveler, and work instructions.
• Follow IPC—620 and J—STD—001 guidelines (in-house training is available).
• Follow assembly procedures and document all work in a traveler.

Required Skills

• Previous wire harness experience or formal wire harness training is required.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, drawing notes, and assembly procedures.
• Strong work ethic, eye for quality, and sense of pride.
• Must know how to read and use a ruler, scale, tape measure, caliper.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
• Must read, speak, and write English.
