Job summary

A leading Aerospace and Defense assembly manufacturer in Chandler, Arizona is seeking experienced Solder/Wire Harness Assembly Technicians. The perfect candidate will be reliable, have a good work ethic, be a team player, and take great pride in building assemblies that help keep America safe.

Weekly Schedule:

Full time, 9/80 Schedule

Week 1 - Mon-Fri 6:00 a-2:00 p (overtime as required).

Week 2 - Mon‑Thur 6:00 am‑4:00 pm (overtime as required)

Pay:

$19 to $23 per hour

Specific Responsibilities

• Crimping, stripping, and using various hand tools.
• Assemble product by following drawings, traveler, and work instructions.
• Follow IPC‑620 and J‑STD‑001 guidelines (in‑house training is available).
• Follow assembly procedures and document all work in a traveler.

Required Skills

• Previous wire harness experience or formal wire harness training is required.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, drawing notes, and assembly procedures.
• A strong work ethic, an eye for quality, and a sense of pride.
• Must know how to read and use a ruler/scale/tape measure/caliper.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English.
