Job summary

ABB in Bartlesville, Oklahoma is seeking an ETO Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble ABB products and systems following established processes, read technical drawings, and use hand tools to build safely, accurately, and on schedule.

You will perform quality checks, adhere to SOPs, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with teammates to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing/production or technical hands-on experience preferred; relevant hands-on experience will be considered.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, diagrams, written instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools and perform hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and reliable attendance.
• Previous experience in electrical, electronic, instrumentation, panel assembly, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, electrical/mechanical assembly, wiring, or testing equipment.
• Experience working in a structured manufacturing environment with quality standards, production targets, and standardized work processes.

• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and develop the skills needed to perform increasingly complex assembly work.

About the Role

We are looking for an ETO Production Assembler to join our Bartlesville manufacturing team.
