Job description

This position has opportunities for design and layout through production, with emphasis on producing work across a variety of digital and print marketing materials, including social, landing pages, banner ads, rich media, brochures, sales sheets, email, and other collateral.

You should be a design-minded creator who can take a simple concept and figure out how to bring it to life and extend it across assets. We're looking for a designer that is detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced client/agency team environment. This position involves working between agency and client stakeholders to assess design needs, develop, coordinate, edit, and complete creative assets across media solutions.

Position is located in Nashville, TN and requires 2-4 years of experience and a top-caliber book displaying your design and production expertise using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Print and digital background a must. Portfolio of previous work required.

What You Need

• 2-4 years experience in design and production art, preferably at an agency
• A great portfolio that reflects conceptual thinking and production skills
• Must have soilid experience with multiple print and digital types, units and formats
• Ability to handle several jobs at one time. Experience in producing creative in a variety of formats/channels, including branding, presentations, infographics, digital/interactive, advertising, social posts and print design
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of typesetting and great with typography
• Strong eye-for-design: composition, typography, layout. Evidence of consistently demonstrating a clean, sophisticated and contextually aesthetic
• Familiar with print production: bleeds, trim, printing processes, materials, binding, etc.
• Team player, comfortable communicating and working with clients and agency teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat and the ability to produce projects from start to completion
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, and Google Apps. HTML a plus
• Able to produce final, print-ready and digital files
• Quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment
• College degree strongly preferred
