Job summary

Artists&Outlaws in Nashville is seeking a design-focused professional to drive production across digital and print assets. You will transform concepts into cohesive campaigns, collaborating with clients and internal teams.

A strong portfolio and Facebook marketing understanding are valued as you manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and typography, plus experience with print production, are needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in design and production art
• Strong portfolio reflecting conceptual thinking and production skills
• Experience producing creative in a variety of formats/channels including branding, presentations, infographics, digital/interactive, advertising, social posts and print design
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
• Strong typography and layout
• Familiar with print production: bleeds, trim, printing processes, materials, binding
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Apps; HTML a plus
• College degree strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist agency in creative development, design and production/execution of assets across projects and mediums
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with client contacts and collaborate with internal team
• Demonstrate understanding of marketing/advertising strategy and integrated thinking
• Exhibit professional craftsmanship and superior design skills
• Follow jobs from start to production and stay accountable
• Balance urgency with thoughtful design
• Present and communicate work clearly in client meetings
• Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks
• Meet or exceed deadlines and client/agency expectations
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Stay current with design trends and technology
