C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions is seeking a contract Production Artist for a data-driven print production role. Onsite at our Cascade, WI HQ, with hybrid option after training, the position is full-time preferred (30–40 hours/week) and contract-to-hire with potential to go direct.

The right candidate will leverage advanced Excel skills and Adobe Illustrator to prepare files for large-batch projects, maintain accuracy under tight deadlines, and collaborate across teams to deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a commercially focused print production or agency setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (portfolio or sample work required).
• Pro Excel user (data imports, formatting, variable data workflows).
• Experience preparing files for print and working with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced Excel skills to integrate, track and format data for large-batch projects.
• Prepare files for specialized print production and finishing.
• Collaborate with internal team and owners to efficiently deliver a copious amount of work.
• Maintain accuracy under high-volume, fast-paced deadlines.
