Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer/Print Production Artist to join our team. We are looking for someone very interested in sports apparel – specifically baseball, soccer, volleyball and basketball uniforms – who has an eye for sports apparel design. The ideal candidate will have experience in print production, preferably in dye sublimation file set‑up, screen printing and related processes, and will be willing to learn various stages of production to help us operate efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Use Adobe Illustrator to create high‑quality graphics.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with our guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and sports apparel.
  • Assist with production management systems to track orders and processes.
  • Maintain printers and supplies, and set up jobs for print. We use Epson F9470 printers and related models. Rolls of paper for our printers are 45+ lbs and 64" wide and need to be loaded on our printers.
  • Other day‑to‑day physical tasks in the warehouse setting as required.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must; other graphic design software is a plus.
  • Must know shortcuts, be familiar with actions, and scripting is a major plus.
  • Strong understanding of sports‑related design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience in print design and ability to create custom graphics.
  • Excellent communication with everyone in the production chain.

We are a full‑time, year‑round role (40 hours per week plus overtime as needed) in a fast‑paced environment. Communication is very important. The position is 100% onsite with no remote work available.

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule: 10‑hour shift, 8‑hour shift, overtime, weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate: Tukwila, WA 98188 – Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
