Job summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Print Production Artist to join our Seattle team. The role focuses on sports apparel design and print production, including dye sublimation file setup and screen printing processes.

You will contribute from concept through final production, collaborating across the production chain. Daily work includes creating high-quality graphics in Illustrator, maintaining brand guidelines, and learning various production stages to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We print and sew all in Seattle. We offer uniform solutions for youth sports, semi‑pro, colleges and various other customers. We are constantly growing and we have an open position in our Art Dept. that we're looking for the right candidate to join us in that growth.

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Print Production Artist to join our team. We are looking for someone very interested in sports apparel; specifically baseball, soccer, volleyball and basketball uniforms. Someone that has an eye for sports apparel design. We're looking for someone with experience in print production, preferably in dye sublimation file set‑up, screen printing and related processes. Someone well rounded, can design but also wants also learn various stages of production to help us be as efficient as we can.

Responsibilities

• Use Adobe Illustrator to create high‑quality graphics.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and sports apparel.
• Assist with production management systems to track orders and processes.
• Maintain printers and supplies and set up jobs for print. We have Epson F9470 printers and related models. Rolls of paper for our printers are 45+ lbs and 64" wide and need to be loaded on our printers.
• This is a physical side; we ask that candidates are comfortable doing this on a daily basis.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must, and other graphic design software is a plus. Must know shortcuts, familiar with actions and a major plus for scripting.
• Strong understanding of sports related design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography.
• Experience in print design.
• Ability to create custom graphics.
• Provide great communication with everyone in the production chain.

Job Type

Full‑time. 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed.

Pay

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour.
