Job summary

Culture Studio in Daytona Beach is seeking a Production Artist who translates creative concepts into production-ready artwork for apparel and merchandise, bridging clients, account teams, and production. You will preflight artwork, create mockups, and produce files that meet quality standards and production schedules.

The role requires advanced Illustrator and Photoshop skills, Pantone knowledge, and a strong eye for color, typography, and branding.

Qualifications

Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
Strong understanding of vector and raster artwork.
Experience preparing artwork for screen printing.
Pantone Matching System (PMS) knowledge.
Understanding of color theory, typography, branding and layout.
Familiar with prepress workflows and print production terms.

Responsibilities

Prepare and preflight vector and raster artwork for production.
Create accurate digital mockups for apparel and promotional products.
Adjust artwork and Pantone colors to match customer expectations.
Communicate with clients regarding artwork approvals and revisions.
Create production-ready files for screen printing, embroidery, DTG, sublimation and other print techniques.
Troubleshoot artwork with press operators and production teams.
Collaborate with teams across locations to ensure quality and speed.
