Qualifications

• 5+ years as a production artist or graphic designer, with at least 2 years in team lead/management.
• Experience with technical products (electrical, lighting) or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor the Production Artist team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Develop templates, workflows, and AI-enabled processes to improve accuracy and throughput.
• Oversee artwork creation, packaging, specs, and instructions to ensure brand and technical standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Compliance to meet business needs and timelines.
