Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking an Art Preproduction Manager to lead a team of 10–15 Graphic Production Artists in Longmont, Colorado. The role involves transforming customer artwork into high-quality, press-ready files while ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.

The ideal candidate will strengthen the preproduction team's foundation by enhancing documentation, training resources, and SOPs while leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and improve performance metrics. This full-time position supports a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Led teams in high-volume prepress or print production environments.
• Experience in improving underdocumented workflows.
• Familiarity with evolving tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Graphic Production Artists.
• Build documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across prepress systems.
