FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Production Area Lead to join our team. The role involves assembling high-tech components and packaging final products for delivery. You will perform various tasks within the production line and warehouse, with opportunities to develop critical thinking skills and advance your career in smart manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform roles of Assembly Operator, SMT/PTH/Test Operator I & II, and Test Assistant Lead.
• Lead and motivate a team to meet production goals.
• Organize and track attendance and create end-of-shift reports.
• Assist and potentially back-up the Production Supervisor.
• Assign daily duties, monitor output, and manage production flow.
• Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues, and ensure material availability.
• Communicate effectively across departments and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain safety standards, promote 5S principles, and ensure quality adherence.
• Be flexible to work at various stations and perform multiple tasks.
• Follow all policies, instructions, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience; 2-4 years preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• IPC-610 certification is a plus.
• Ability to read measurements and work instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
