Job description

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Production Area Lead to join our team. This role involves assembling high-tech components and packaging the final product for delivery. You will perform various tasks within the production line and warehouse, with opportunities to develop your skills in smart manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform roles of Assembly Operator, SMT/PTH/Test Operator I & II, and Test Assistant Lead.
• Lead and motivate the team to complete tasks as directed by management.
• Organize and track attendance.
• Create accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing line operations and serve as backup when needed.
• Assign daily duties, monitor production output, and manage bottlenecks.
• Ensure materials are available and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, shipping, and other departments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain adherence to work standards, safety policies, and 5S principles.
• Move between workstations and perform various tasks as required.
• Handle conflict resolution and escalate issues appropriately.
• Promote safety and cleanliness in the work area.
• Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience; 2-4 years preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• IPC-610 Certification is a plus.
• Ability to read measurements and work instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for 8+ hours, and follow safety protocols.
