This role offers consistent income, structured schedules, and clear expectations while sharpening technical skills. Work is full-time in Bakersfield with a defined unit-based system and growth opportunities as the Fresno market expands.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and maneuver appliances safely.
• Appliance repair experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances including refrigerators, washers & dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges and cooktops.
• Complete return calls and approved repairs.
• Deliver clean, professional service in customers’ homes.
• Communicate clearly with customers about work performed.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, job notes and photos.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards.
