Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances including refrigerators, washers & dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges and cooktops.
• Complete return calls and approved repairs.
• Deliver clean, professional service in customers’ homes.
• Communicate clearly with customers about work performed.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, job notes and photos.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory.
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards.

This role is focused onexecuting high-quality repairs, maintaining strong productivity, and delivering a five-star customer experience—without the pressure of full-time sales.

This is ideal for technicians who wantconsistent income, structured schedules, and clear expectationswhile sharpening their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including:
• Refrigerators
• Washers & dryers
• Dishwashers
• Ovens, ranges, and cooktops
• Completereturn calls and approved repairs
• Deliver clean, professional service in customers’ homes
• Communicate clearly with customers about work performed
• Accurately document:
• Work performed
• Parts used
• Job notes and photos
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
• Follow all company procedures and safety standards

Productivity System (Units-Based)

We use a structuredunit systemto ensure fairness and efficiency:

• 1 unit = 1 standard repair (~1 hour)
• Daily target:~6 units per day (8-hour shift)

Examples:

• Standard repair → 1.0 unit
• Recall → 0.5 unit
• Stackable / built-in unit → 1.5 units
• Gear case → 2.0 units
• Sealed system → 3.0 units

Focus is onefficiency AND quality—not rushing jobs

Performance Metrics

Success in this role is measured by:

• Productivity:Consistently meeting unit targets
• Quality:Low recall rate (goal: under 2–3%)
• Customer Experience:Professional, 5-star service
• Accuracy:Complete and detailed documentation
