Salary: $70,000-$100,000/year + bonuses and incentives
A well-established, full-service manufacturing company with over 20 years of operational success is seeking a hands-on Production/Warehouse Manager to lead its day-to-day production and logistics functions. This is a high-impact role with growth potential, including the opportunity for long-term equity or partial ownership for the right individual.

5+ years in a production or warehouse leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or a related field
Proven track record in managing teams and streamlining production workflows
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with inventory systems, production planning, and logistics coordination
