Job summary

Kärcher North America Inc. is seeking an experienced operations leader to direct daily assembly and production, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

You will coach supervisors and frontline teams, enforce quality standards, and drive Lean initiatives to maximize productivity and minimize waste. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance, requiring a proven track record in manufacturing leadership and a hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, ISO quality systems, and root cause analysis.
• Proven track record of operational execution, accountability, and driving performance improvements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance.

• Lead daily assembly and production operations to consistently hit output, schedule, and customer targets.
• Account for operational results across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
• Enforce strict quality systems, process controls, product standards, and standard work documentation.
• Champion Lean manufacturing initiatives to drive productivity, minimize waste, and optimize costs.
• Coach, develop, and lead supervisors and frontline teams to build a safe, high-performance culture.
