Job summary

WD Partners Inc. is seeking a Production & Graphic Designer on our Marketing Team to design and produce WD's marketing and business development materials.

This includes capabilities desks, RFP responses, case studies, one-pagers and collateral, as well as web assets and emails. In this hands-on role on a small team, you'll contribute fast-turn production work with opportunities to grow your design skills and share ideas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Graphic design and/or design production experience
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to develop own ideas, take initiative, and assume responsibility
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) plus Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design and production work

Responsibilities

• Design and produce WD's marketing and business development materials (capabilities desks, RFP responses, case studies, one-pagers, collateral).
• Create web assets, emails and internal marketing materials.
• Contribute ideas and grow design skills in a hands-on role on a small team.

Necessary Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or other related degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Graphic design and/or design production experience
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to develop own ideas, take initiative, and assume responsibility
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) plus Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design and production work

Preferred Additional Experience:

• Combination of corporate marketing and agency experience
• Digital design experience, including website, email and social
• Motion graphics, video and/or presentation animation experience
• Print production experience
