Job summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking a Production Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate daily production data for operations and financial reporting. You will translate field activity into actionable insights, supporting month-end close and regulatory reporting.

The role offers exposure to upstream operations and collaboration with Operations, Asset teams, and Finance, with opportunities to grow analytical and cross-functional skills within a team environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of production accounting, reporting, or data analysis in oil and gas.
• Experience with production or operations data, variances, and data validation.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and data review techniques.
• Prefer experience with FDG/Avocet/ProCount/ProdView and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze daily oil, gas, and water production data for reports.
• Investigate variances and communicate causes to Ops and Asset teams.
• Maintain data quality and coordinate data feeds to systems.
• Deliver daily, weekly, and month-end production reports with Finance.
• Develop dashboards in Spotfire and Power BI to improve visibility.
