Ferrero is seeking a Production Factors Analysis Manager (PFA) to lead quantitative performance management at the plant level. You will develop models, monitor KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements in production efficiency, materials and labor utilization, and waste reduction with close collaboration to the Plant Controller.
The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and planning, translating data into actionable insights, and guiding strategic investments.

At Ferrero, the PFA Manager reports to the Plant Controller and represents a pivotal role within the Finance Controlling function, acting as the focal point for quantitative performance management at Plant level and driving the analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production performance through data-driven insights.

The base compensation range for this position is $99,000 - 132,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
