Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Production Analyst to support cost management by preparing, verifying, and recording production data in SAP. The role has no supervisory responsibilities and focuses on maintaining accurate production records and reporting to the supervisor.

Key duties include reviewing shift production summaries, ensuring correct production paperwork, and coordinating with the warehouse on materials and BOM adjustments. Excellent attention to detail and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Check and review production summary reports for errors and fix them.
• Ensure production paperwork is accurate and communicated to relevant staff.
• Manage production execution data in SAP daily.
• Notify process orders and coordinate with warehouse for materials and BOM adjustments.
• Summarize weekly inventory for mixing and pre-scale areas and report to warehouse supervisor.
• Collaborate with warehouse on inventory adjustment analysis.
• Identify deviations in consumptions and compare with the bill of materials.
