Job summary

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• Interest in commercial real estate, multifamily housing, or finance demonstrated through coursework or activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection, organization, and review of property and financial information (rent rolls, operating statements, market data).
• Support preliminary valuation, cash flow, and loan-sizing analyses under supervision.
• Help review and summarize affordable housing documents (HAP contracts, regulatory agreements, tax abatements).
• Prepare presentation materials, transaction summaries, and materials for internal and client use.
• Assist in preparing initial Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan submission materials.
• Maintain accurate transaction and pipeline data within CRM and internal platforms.
• Participate in team meetings and transaction discussions to learn the multifamily lending process.
• Support special projects and other team initiatives as assigned.

We are seeking a Production Analyst Intern to support a Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac production team specializing in Agency and proprietary debt products for multifamily clients. This position will be based in Atlanta, Georgia. The internship will provide hands‑on exposure to multifamily real estate finance, preliminary loan analysis, affordable housing programs, and the Agency lending process. The intern will work closely with production analysts and other members of the team while assisting with active transactions and pipeline management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the collection, organization, and review of property and financial information, including rent rolls, operating statements, and market data.
• Support preliminary valuation, cash flow, and loan‑sizing analyses under the guidance of the production analyst team.
• Assist with reviewing and summarizing affordable housing documents, including HAP contracts, regulatory agreements, tax abatements, and similar materials.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, transaction summaries, and other materials for internal and client use.
• Assist with the preparation and organization of initial Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan submission materials.
• Maintain accurate transaction and pipeline information within CRM and other internal technology platforms.
• Participate in team meetings and transaction discussions to gain exposure to the multifamily lending process.
• Support special projects and other team initiatives as assigned.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, multifamily housing, or finance through coursework, student organizations, or prior experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Prior internship or relevant professional experience is helpful but not required.
• Highly organized and capable of prioritizing and executing multiple assignments simultaneously.
