LangChain is hiring for a Deployed Engineering role focused on solving hard AI problems in production. You will partner with account executives, scope evaluations, and design POCs that map to real customer workloads, not canned demos, to drive successful deployments.

You will act as the technical authority in architecture reviews, help customers deploy agent-based applications, and run hands-on demos and trainings for developer audiences.

Competenze

• 6+ years in a technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to scope evaluations, craft POCs that reflect real workloads, and answer architecture questions.
• Strong ability to explain tradeoffs clearly to developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• History of owning outcomes beyond recommendations.
• Action-oriented mindset with willingness to troubleshoot and learn.
• Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production, not just demos.

• Own the technical win by scoping evaluations, running technical discovery, and designing POCs tied to real customer use cases.
• Be the technical authority in architecture reviews, security questions, and competitive evaluations.
• Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer teams from prototype to rollout.
• Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications like conversational and research agents.
• Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developers, from small sessions to larger enablement events.
• Advise post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap decisions, identifying expansion opportunities.
• Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets and example code.
• Contribute upstream code when it improves customer outcomes.
