Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Reinvention Delivery Engine. You will work embedded with a client’s security and engineering teams to secure production AI systems, govern deployments, and improve security posture.

You will build security tooling using Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot, lead threat modeling, drive end-to-end safety across AI pipelines, and help clients meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years engineering experience in production environments with cybersecurity depth in at least one area (AppSec, SecOps, cloud security, IAM, offensive security or GRC).
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production.
• Minimum 6 years end-to-end security delivery ownership in a client-embedded or production environment.
• Minimum 6 years working with Cloud platform security fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total) or 6 years if associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic deployments.
• Deliver hands-on security engineering using agentic coding tools as the primary build environment.
• Own AI-specific threat surface management at programme scale.
• Architect and govern AI security controls across the enterprise stack.
• Lead AI governance framework implementation (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management).
• Shape AI reinvention security strategy for client CISO/CTO.
• Define and publish reusable security patterns, playbooks, accelerators.
• Lead architecture design sessions and threat modeling workshops.
