Unify is building the first AI-native outbound platform where agents and sellers work side by side. You will join as an Applied AI Engineer to bring new agent capabilities from zero to one and own the systems that make them work in production.

You'll collaborate with product, design, and engineering to build agents that research accounts, identify opportunities, and execute GTM workflows, moving quickly from prototype to customer usage while improving the product through evaluations and real

Qualificações

• 3+ years of software engineering experience shipping LLM applications or agents to production.
• Experience with tool calling, multi-step execution, and evaluations.

Responsabilidades

• Build agent harnesses and design execution loops, tool interfaces, context, and memory.
• Ship AI products end to end by connecting agents to data, integrations, and workflow infra.
• Make quality measurable with evals, traces, and failure analysis.
• Build for production: ensure reliability, latency, and cost; handle long-running tasks and tool failures.
• Experiment with new capabilities: test models, prompting, retrieval, and orchestration patterns.
• Shape our AI foundation by building reusable tools and engineering practices.
